To have us complete your pre-approval bond scoring, please complete the below online form in full (please read through the paragraph at the bottom of the form which discusses your agreed authority you provide to the parties in order to complete your pre-bond scoring, prior to completing the online form).

I / we the applicant/s, do hereby authorise and request KBS Property Group to obtain credit bureau reports in my/our names/s. I / we, the applicant/s, do further herby appoint LUCID Legal Business Services (Pty) Ltd with registration number 2003/016694/07 (referred to hereunder as “LUCID”, the preferred service partner to KBS Property Group, as my legal agent, entrusted with the authority to obtain my confidential credit report data on my / our behalf from one or more credit bureaus in South Africa and make same available to me / us upon request; and to further explain the contents of the said data display on the credit report/s to me/us telephonically. I / we further grant consent to LUCID to make all the report data available obtained, available to KBS Property Group for the purpose of my / our bond application. I/we understand that I / we may revoke this authorisation and consent in writing, at any time except for the information already released as a result of this authorisation. I / we further understand, that unless revoked, in writing, this authorisation will remain in force and effect. I / we hereby certify that the following documentation has been attached hereto:
